This driver changed lanes after coming up the San Houston Tollway entrance ramp (near AMC and Kroger) without even looking. I literally was run off onto the shoulder to avoid a collision. Even after I stopped on the shoulder, they continued going, almost as they didn’t even care that they almost crashed into me due to their negligence. They were very polite and helpful in getting my fire extinguishers inspected and certified for the insurance company for my office. Shout out to Julian for helping me thru it.
Horrible customer service, specifically Richard Kraus. Complete lack of communication skills and follow ups. Have over a dozen emails he NEVER responded TO and continuously writes us emails asking for a payment when payment cleared over a month ago. He seemed completely confused and aloof throughout the quote process.
I was in need of an annual fire extinguisher inspection and Fire Extinguisher inspection report to submit to the City of Stafford and found Fire Tron. Katelyn was more than helpful in providing information and assisting me with getting it inspected by a technician. She assured me the report would be uploaded into Stafford’s system the same day. I was a walk in and in and out within 15 minutes and back to business as usual. If an inspection is what you need, Fire Tron is a great option!
