This driver changed lanes after coming up the San Houston Tollway entrance ramp (near AMC and Kroger) without even looking. I literally was run off onto the shoulder to avoid a collision. Even after I stopped on the shoulder, they continued going, almost as they didn’t even care that they almost crashed into me due to their negligence.
