Our business had Firetrol out twice because of false fire alarms. Twice they "fixed" the problem and billed us, but the problem persists. After hours and weekend calls go to voice mail that is never returned. The emergency line is inoperative (we used it twice). Our electrician found the actual problem within an hour. We are very unhappy with Firetrol.
