Witnessed two of their employees acting rudely at a local fast food restaurant. Might be a good time to remind employees that they are brand representatives and they should behave appropriately while in public and wearing Firetrol shirts.
There was an incident involving one of the companies vehicles early in the morning that caused over $1000 in property damage while the vehicle backed up and drove away- hit and run. The responsible individual has not taken accountability, which was disappointing given the severity of the damage. Very dissatisfied with the on going alarms going off at Blanco apartments with out any solutions. This is causing safety issues with our elderly tenants and staff with constant calls all through the night. Something has to be done A.S.A.P. to fix the issues
