Jon is a gifted photographer. He really has a good eye for what makes a good photo. He was also really good at taking picture of my kids, both working quickly and getting them to smile at the camera. I would recommend FireTree Photography to everyone.
Family photo sessions with small children can be stressful, but Jon makes them easy with his ability to capture beautiful images while chasing after young ones and doing whatever needed to capture them quickly yet flawlessly. He returns the edited photos to you sooner than any other photographer you'll use. He has a fantastic eye for artistic images, and you'll be looking at the beautiful images he takes for you for many years to come.
I am so glad we chose Jon as our wedding photographer. Jon was attentive, responsible, and a joy to work with. A few weeks before our wedding my husband and I decided last minute we wanted a few more engagement pictures so Jon braved the cold Iowa weather with us and took amazing photos.
