Since the reviews are so dated I thought a fresh take would be good. My little old shaved kitty went there and was horribly injured by either the negligent staff, Vet, or another animal. They say they don’t know what happened to her. Yet they refunded my money, like I wanted it, and even came to my home to I guess placate me into silence. I’m a lover of the truth. My Kitty is at Rainbow Bridge but I’m still here, and there will be admission Cause I’m not going anywhere!! Wish I could post pictures of her here.

Renee got me in without an appointment due to an emergency. Very grateful for her efforts. Dr. Cather managed to squeeze her in and run some tests. He was very forthcoming concerning her condition, and called me twice to update me, and sent her home with medication. These people, as well as the entire staff were helpful, compassionate and understanding. I am grateful to everyone at Firetower Animal Clinic.

Changed veterinarians for obvious reasons, the most up to date reason is I and our new vet asked for Graces tooth X-ray. The one that said she needed her tooth pulled asap. 500.00 later, the tooth was fine. Law requires Veterinarians to hold charts X-rays 3-5 years. This is 6 months. Three different stories on one phone call. We are going to mail them, we don’t have them, you have them…..ANYWAY, two weeks later our veterinarian received a X-ray of our deceased dog head. I. REST. MY. CASE.

Went with a 12 year old sick dog , vomiting lost 12 lbs Couldn’t keep food water down , was told to feed him more and keep the the good work. Then I take him to points east and was diagnosed with pneumonia and mega esophagus. I leave a message for them my dog is sick, then I call the next am and by 730 pm no call. Being the mama bear I am I demanded Sony all me back in what though would say as colorful language. Asked not to come back. Today, I had to put my sweet pup to sleep. RUN if you go in with a sick dog who lost 12 lb... read more

So, I was asked not to come back. Honestly, I only have my dogs go for medication, and I go to petsmart for vaccines. I emailed them twice on Tuesday, and left a message on Wednesday, Achilles is lethargic, not keeping his medicine down. 730 pm, nothing, I left a very colorful message, as I would if it was my child. My dog Achilles, 12, has been sick for several months. Seeing the vet there two months ago, I told her he has been regurgitating, lost weight, can’t keep water and food down. At first I thought the science diet w... read more

So very extremely disappointed! They were very rude to me, insensitive, and unwilling to help me with my dog (even though I have been a long-standing client). SMDH!!!

Front desk staff is awesome!! I have been bringing my pets here for years and both of my daughters have brought their dogs here as well. We would always see Dr. Medhus and he is hands down THE BEST! If you can get an appointment, lately that has been very difficult. We haven't been able to get one with him for quite a while, having to see other Dr.s and the last visit I had was for my new puppy who was sick and the Dr. that saw her was rude, not caring..just matter of fact and I didn't get anywhere with answers on my puppy's... read more
