Looking for a chimney sweep, not trying to sell you a car! I have a wood stove with a standard pipe that fell from no screws holding it in the chimney. I called them to clean it; fix the pipe. They left it screwed together, not aligned, and still not functioning. I dislodged the bottom of the pipe pushing the pipe back into the wall. The technician told me that the “ pipe was 11/2” short-a first. The entire unit has operated with no issues and normal maintenance up until this point. They last serviced it in 2024.
