Very professional from start to finish. Installment of a replacement gas fireplace and an update on the stone around the fireplace. We love it.
The technician climbed up and thoroughly inspected the chimney. Then he showed me photos and explained in detail what is necessary to repair. He was also very personable.
Justin and Jacob were excellent. They did a very thorough job of inspecting our fireplace, chimney, ash chute and other components of the firebox. They were personable and knowledgable. Easy to talk with and competent in their work. The final report was instantaneous and extensive. I highly recommend this team.
