It was a good bike shop
I purchased a service kit for my yamaha tracer 9gt plus in May from their ebay store. I inly got to use it 5 weeks later but found the spark plugs were not the right ones. I contacted them in the morning and by lunchtime it was all sorted. I now have some credit with them which is fine because I will absolutely be using them again. Great after sales service and great communication too.
Bought chain and sprocket set on Thursday with express postage, Monday rolls around and give them a call basically getting the whole yeah nah sorry mate we haven’t sent it out yet. Sort it out lads not how you run a business, if you’re on a tight timeframe dont but here
