Fast and efficient. Ordered a battery in the week before Christmas and it arrived the day before.
Ash in the workshop knows his stuff & was happy trouble-shoot an uncommon fault on my bike (turned out to be simple fix). More help than another bike place that replied "beyond us" when I outlined the problem.
The worst buying experience ever! purchased through there eBay store with express postage 3 days later not even sent just excuses.the first lie was there warehouse was a day behind will Be sent tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and goes still not posted to me. Turns out that they didn’t even have the item and they were having it sent straight from the supplier but they couldn’t even get that right still not sent to me. I had my bike taken to Firestorm on Sunday after getting a flat. I spoke with them on Monday morning and at 2.30pm I was able to collect my bike and it was at a very fair price. Thank you to all the staff you are all legends.
