Very disorganized and dirty, yes its a tire shop but I've seen junk yards make more sense than this place, made a 2 o'clock appointment a week prior, they over booked and told to make another appointment a week out. my appointment was at 1 its now 230 and my car is still not on the rack for wheel balance and alignment. I also purchased the life time balance and alignment. The people are very friendly tho so that is why they get two stars not sure if I will come back.
