Beware of this place!!!!!!
I purchased my new car in July, 2011. Since then I had my oil changed at Firestone Sky 3 times ( every 3, 000 miles)..I recently brought my car into the dealership for an issue and was told that the original oil filter had NOT been changed...EVER.! So even though I was very careful to change my oil as scheduled..Original oil filter has been in there for over 9,000 miles!! This is totally unforgivable..I recommended this place to alot of people now I'm going to send them a copy of this e-mail to warn them.
We want to thank you for the excellent service and honesty in providing us with the utmost of professional automotive care. We are relieved to have found Lou and the staff at Sky Firestone and we will continue to bring our family's vehicles to their establishment.
