Their customer service is very very poor .Go to the firestone on Howard Ave they are great fast service great customer service
Was told to drop my truck off at 830 this morning and leave for a few hours and it would be taken care of the same day. I made sure to ask if it would be done that day as its my only transportation and I'm leaving outta town. I never received the call to pick it up so I get a ride up there only to see the building closed and everyone gone even though its says they close at 1 and I arrived at 1258.
