Broke my car, Physically! Installed either the rad fan or fan shroud incorrectly, and the fan snapped all the blades off, and punctured my radiator. The owner of the store said it wasn’t their fault, and refused to replace the broken pieces or pay for the repair. When I tried to talk to the manager about it, he claims that he’s not the manager and that he’s told the owner, but the owner has no intentions of doing anything about it or even calling me back. Service was delayed for several reasons. I was first in line and made an appointment but it was almost 2 hrs until finished. Price was too high. People were kind but not happy with wait.
Brandon and Angel at Firestone did an amazing job replacing my tire. They were professional, helpful, and got everything done quickly without making me wait around for a long time. The price was also very reasonable, and they made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
