All quick and professional to deal with
So I went in about 3 weeks ago for an oil change. They ended up putting too much oil in my van, a honda odyssey, and it messed it all up. The mechanic that I had fix it said that the extra pressure blew one of the valve solenoids. So I called this firestone yesterday to tell them about it. Instead of offering me a refund, they offered a discount on my NEXT service, as if I would ever come back here. Avoid these clowns.
