Oil change was fine but few things I don’t like about this place. They told me my tires were needing replacement and printed me out a quote without asking. What bothered me more was my tires were low on air and they didn’t fill up. Kind of rubbed me the wrong way that they full inspected and printed me a quote but didn’t even fill the air with tires. Additionally, virtual assistant is not very attentive and took forever for them to help me.
How this place has 4.2 stars is beyond me. I posted about my alternator about 90 days ago. I'm posting again because the shop manager told me I needed a 130 and it turns out it's a 110. My 1st battery died completely the second battery was on its way out until I removed my 525.00 alternator and had it tested. It failed. I bought one for 280.00 and installed.
