I was booked for a Sleep Consultation for July 7th 2025. They booked it the morning of my overnight sleep study for sleep apnea, which was in early February. A six month wait, sure. But then randomly, the appointment got cancelled. No phone call. Just one singular email in MyDovetail. I phone the Firestone Institute to ask what happened, because I really need answers regarding my sleep apnea. Took my 3 year old son here today for allergy testing and I wish I got the lady's name!!!!!! She was SO FANTASTIC! I have never had such a wonderful and positive experience before in a clinical setting! I know it's her birthday tomorrow though so HAPPY BIRTHDAY you wonderful human and thank you so much for such a great experience!
Reception was organized and welcoming. Both nurse and doctor were very helpful and informative when it came to my allergy test.
