Worst experience ever. Went for immediate date at 9 am. Got called n at 11:30;am - decided and told them not waiting any longer. I left and promptly drove to Urgent Care in Chippewa Pa. Was promptly greeted and entered in to system. Evaluated and out of there within one hour. I questioned Firestone on delay - was told old office had full duty nurse practitioner. Now doctors there take walk ins between scheduled patients. Ok will never go back. Should not even use word IMMEDIATE CARE because it is not.
Friendly and fast. However I told them at least 3 times which pharmacy I use, and my RX was sent to the wrong place anyways
Top notch care. Friendly and fun staff that are very good at what they do. Always professional
