Had an alignment 3-4 months ago from here and front tire gotten really bad and worn so took it to tire discounters and they told me that the alignment was way off and whoever did it last they do anything but charge for something they didn’t fix. Beware of Firestone they will overcharge you for stuff and not even fix it the right way BAD BUSINESS BEWARE!!!

I love Firestone in Hendersonville!, This is the Best place I Have Ever Seen Before!, So They can Change your Tires, Engine-Oil, Muffler, Brakes, and More" with Mechanics.
Had van in for a basic oil change and tire rotation. And check rear emergency brake sticking. Drove 600 miles on trip and popped the hood to find a golf ball sized mud nest stuck in the air intake 2 other mud nests rolled around and a wasp nest hanging from hood. Also they did not top coolant which showed minimum or the windshield fluid. Took van back no apologies but they did top off fluids. Beware of this place not sure what they did the first time there. A simple apology would have stopped this review.
