Continuously gets scheduled wrong and today show up for an appointment to find out they are moving and only open 1 day. They cancelled daughter’s appointment and again didn’t communicate. They are not great with kids and have a different dentist every 6 months that has a different opinion on treatment. Very disorganized and not personable.
Very professional and attentive to my concern. Completed my request and I am now amazed with this service.
Most gentle hygienist EVER. The doctor is super nice and patient and I didn’t even feel the shots and the office manager at the front desk is so friendly. And I have major dental anxiety. ** The last two appointments I’ve had the hygienist was not in, and Dr. Parker did my cleaning. I have never had such a painful cleaning in my life. At the end of both, she told me that my teeth were so very clean and I was doing a great job, I wanted to ask her then why is my mouth full of blood? I think she truly enjoys inflicting pain. The dentist was considerate and had a gentle touch. Even though the procedure was painful at times she helped me through it.
