Keno took care of me when I dropped my car in the am. Even though it was super busy at 8am, he took the time to get me situated and made sure I had everything checked off the list to get my car right without making me feel pressured. Christopher gave me my key at the end of the day (only 6 hours later with no appointment!) and was educational, professional, and complete. Thank you for excellent service! My car and I are much happier now.
Y’all need to stop selling lifetime alignment if you don’t want service them! I have 2 lifetime alignment and came in to buy the 3rd. The technician forgot to do my tire rotation and lied about it, I spoke to Chris he admitted they forgot but now wanted me to wait till the next car finished I explained to him that I don’t have time for that!
