I had my brakes done at Firestone in Chamblee, Ga on July 13, 2025. The manager and the technician were very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent on time service. Before I visited this location, I contacted two other locations which was closer to my area. The first two locations weren't professional
Relatively decent experience the last time I was here, but this time it’s totally different which is a shame because I thought I’d finally found a transparent auto shop. I dropped my car of for a few repairs, and the guy I talked to said it would be done the next day. Well the next day comes and they say they “ordered the wrong part twice” so that I’d have to wait until early on Monday.
