HORRIBLE!!!! My first interaction with and LAST. I am a certified Firestone Account Holder. They REFUSED to allow me to use my card to purchase tires all because I declined service installation. Go to Tucker location everyone.
I've been charged some junk fees. These amounts are relatively small but, be as it may, I felt like I was taken advantage of, and it will definitely affect my decision of where I should take my vehicles for the future purchases and service.
I've had great experiences taking my car to this Firestone. I recommend them! Not all Firestone business are as good as at Chamblee GA, great people & great service
The people were very professional and helpful. Repaired my vehicle in a reasonable period of time as well as made recommendations regarding what they couldn’t address . I was treated well and shall return
This Firestone location changed my front passenger side tire on 02/22/2025. After I left, the tire pressure light immediately came back on. I didn't think it was a major issues considering the tire had just been replaced, I thought the sensor would reset itself. Boy was I wrong, the tire was completely flat by 7:00PM. The tire was replaced at approximately 1:00PM. I put air in the tire enough to drive it to a commercial size air pump only to find the air valve/Stem releasing air pressure as fast as I was inflating the fire. ... read more
