Great prices and friendly service
Tried to charge me 50+ labor charge on a battery change under warranty. Told me it would take an hour or more to be ready. Took maybe 15 min to be done but I had already ubered home down the street. Ubered back, waste of money there and would have waited if I would have known. Obviously not a complicated fix. Only after complaining to a manager did they mark it down to 16 labor. Fine, tried to pay it and they changed their credit machine process so it took forever to get it paid and out. Late to work. Not very happy. Won’t b... read more
It took a little longer than what I thought but was satisfied with the service but one thing they forgot to reset my oil change sensor.
I always get the costumer service that I seek!!!! Thanks Firestone!!!
Went and got a oil change and that was fine. I have a brake issue and paid them for an inspection of the car. After they were done all they could say was "Yeah something is wrong with your brakes. You should get that checked out." Nothing else was said, no possibility on what it could be or anything.
