Went in for a tire repair which is still under warranty, was told they wouldn't fix it because threads were showing. Then acted like I was the reason their poor quality tire failed under warranty because I didn't have them rotated at their shop. Trash company. Shop elsewhere.

I had a great experience with the good folks at Firestone, St. Cloud today. I am from out of state and was on a business trip and had a wheel bearing issue on my Suburban. Dave was able to get me in right away to diagnose the problem and make the repair. When I had questions about what the issue was Dave and the tech showed me exactly what was causing the issue and showed me what they were repairing.
