They'll ask if you want an alignment before knowing if you need one and then you have to TRUST them that the vehicle actually needs one. Yes they have print outs but these can easily be swayed by a tech leaning on the vehicle while the machine takes measurements. We bring all 3 of our vehicles here and they always do fantastic work. Dane is excellent—he always shoots it straight and gives honest advice. The entire staff is incredibly kind. I usually hang out in the lobby with my kids while they work, but I love that Dane always gives me a heads-up if a job will take 3+ hours so I can plan a drop-off instead. Exceptional customer service! We won't go anywhere else!
I scheduled my appointment a few days in advance and drove over an hour to St Cloud. I called to tell them I was running a bit late they said it was fine and we hung up. They called me back 1 minute later only to tell me that they sold my 4 tires I had reserved for my appointment. I said so what now and was told to turn around because “if I don’t have the tires , there’s not much I can do for you right” . I asked for information on who to call only to be told NO and then saying “it’s Sunday you can’t call anyone on a Sunday”... read more
You’re better off going to the mom and pop auto shops around here they’re wayy more upfront with you and give less vague answers than this spot. Their coupon vouchers are bs and pretty just there on the website to get you in the door. The staff here are friendly though.
