I really appreciate all the help from the team at Firestone when I was truly in a bind. I was an hour and a half from home when my brake light came on and my brakes weren’t working properly. I called them, and they got me in as soon as they could.They inspected my vehicle and found that I had a bad caliper. They replaced it and even stayed after closing to make sure my vehicle was safe and I could get back on the road. I came in with no appointment and they helped immediately. They spent a long time looking into the issue, gave me all my options, and did not pressure me into any decision. I really felt as though they were there to help in any way they could!
Jake was great, very helpful and quick service.
They got me in very last minute and were able to get my breaks, rotors, calipers and two new tires all done that same day. Dane and Dylan where very kind and helpful by have two people to work on my truck to get it done faster and changing the TV to entertain my kids. Thank you for helping me!!!
Buy a set of tires and get free tire rotations right? Not over here. You'll need to pay $11 each time to have your pressure sensors relearned to the vehicle. Free alignment check? Not over here. They'll ask if you want an alignment before knowing if you need one and then you have to TRUST them that the vehicle actually needs one. Yes they have print outs but these can easily be swayed by a tech leaning on the vehicle while the machine takes measurements.
