Hey cant complain. They did the work and were honest about what they were doing. Friendly crew at that. Will be going there again.
I got an oil change at Valvoline where they said that my oil was leaking due to the wrong size drain plug. Turns out they probably broke my drain plug and instead of giving me new oil they just refilled my car with the oil that they had originally drained. I took the car to Firestone for them to get a look at the drain plug and they told me how Valvoline scammed me. They were extremely helpful. They redid my oil change for free and even gave me a few discounts here and there to help me out. They were great and got everything... read more
Helpful pleasant staff when I went. Requested work was done promptly, and after driving for a few days, I can say done well. I had an all wheel alignment.
