Really like the new management and the service team is solid. I had a couple tricky fixes and everything was handled professionally and with care. Highly recommend.
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Firestone location. On Monday, July 14th, around noon, I brought in my 2016 Kia Sportage because after having a new alternator installed elsewhere, the car still wouldn’t start. I explained to George — who was dismissive and not friendly at all — that I believed the alternator was the problem, especially since the car had no issues before the old alternator failed. I got a flat tire on 31 in Carpentersville at 5:45am. At 7 when they opened, I walked into Firestone and George got my car right in. They attempted to repair my tire, but couldn’t. They had a replacement in-stock and I was out in about an hour.
