I had to take my car in for new tires and to have some things checked out. Sal was great and very friendly and listened to my concerns and also my concerns with only doing what was needed to get back on the road safely. He called with an estimate for items needed and also gave estimates for things needed to be done when we were able. I didn’t feel pressured to do anything above what I could afford at the time and they were very pleasant to work with.
Completed requested repairs quickly & efficiently. Defiantly improved vehicle handling with the new tires; thanks to Sal for the recommendation of brand and style.
I had a flat tire on m-24 and they were too busy to patch my tire I took off the truck on the side of road . Very rude manager on duty! What a joke of a place !
I bring our fleet cars here for inspections, and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better place. The staff’s always friendly, professional, and super helpful—especially with the corporate account paperwork. They make things easy. They do stay busy, so I’d recommend setting up an appointment ahead of time. Everyone here is honest and kind, and they really take their time with older customers and women to make sure everyone feels comfortable and taken care of. Just a great vibe all around!
The staff was very customer focused.
