Unfortunately, this post comes with complete dissatisfaction with the service I was provided from the time my vehicle was dropped off till the time I came to pick it up. I have been a Firestone customer for over 30yrs and today was the 1st time I felt I needed to leave a negative review. I was charged for services that were not completed or were only partially completed. The bald guy at the desk was very arrogant.
My Jeep Wrangler was serviced correctly and I didn’t have an appt but they were able to help me that day. The personnel was very kind and professional. If needed I will take my Jeep there again.
