The customer service reps were polite. I went in for an emissions test. Told it would be about an hr and it was finished sooner. Quick checkout.
Julian was incredibly helpful and took care of repairing/replacing a valve stem for me on super short notice, and even honored a promise made by someone else even when he didn't have to!
Great location. They were very upfront about all of the costs and got me through quickly when I was stuck far from home. Not only were they honest, but they were also kind and understanding of my situation. And when the time to fix went up, the price did not go up significantly.
Slowest moving employees, counter service was non-communicative. Couldn’t patch a tire that was well within limits and was repaired at discount tire for free. Just very poorly managed in my opinion.
The manager at the Firestone, Bartonville location was awesome! He helped me to get air to my tires and was thorough and detailed about the traction control light showing in my panel. He ensured I was comfortable with my car and driving back home. Thank you James! We will back to check our tires next month!
