I want to give the team at the firestone store in Bartonville, TX. My experience with the team at this store was exceptional today! Over the top service combined with their warm friendliness not just for me, but for every customer that walked through the door while I was there. I went in for tire rotation, my car was missing the Lugnut lock tool, they not only helped me locate the tool to unlock the Lugnut, but worked me back into the schedule for the day. I would recommend them to anyone!
They were above and beyond they actually walked outside and listen to my car answered. My questions made me feel like I was worth their time just went above and beyond the other six places I went to to have my car just looked at not even fixed. I just wanted someone to listen to my car and talk to me about it and they were the only ones who would do it exceptional service exceptional time to get my car back would recommend them to anyone.
The mechanic (Matthew) was so good at showing me the problem and being thorough with the repairs. Jeff and Trevor were great at communicating quickly and efficiently every step of the way and liaising with the insurance to make sure everything was covered.
They charged me a diagnostic fee after telling me they have no idea what is causing the suspension noise. I’ll take this to a shop where they have real mechanics and don’t collect frivolous charges. Don’t go here!
