If 0 stars were available as a choice, I'd select it. Countless visits with multiple cars where this shop finds thousands wrong and the car comes out making more noises than it did when it went in. Many times we've had to take the car back so they could repair their own work. On March 1, we took a car in to have a rattling noise checked, for tire rotation and oil change; simple tasks for most shops right? Staff quickly researched my urgent request for battery replacement under warranty, ordered the replacement and had it available upon my arrival at the shop. Battery was replaced and I was on my way within the hour! All without a prior appointment! James and his (short-handed) crew provided superior service with only a moment's. Like Arnold said ... "I'll be back!"
James greeted me and got me going right away - right at 7am. They didn't have my tire in stock, so they ordered it and had it by 1pm. I went home to wait. Julian got me going on my return visit. Travis, the man doing the work in the garage, was amazing. He took care of my car and got me back on the road quickly. I had the tire insurance, and they honored it - no problem.
