i had to call several times to get someone to respond back. I placed an order for tires that they forgot to put in, and after 5 calls and promises of call back, I chose another company to do business with. Unprofessional and the associates couldnt care less about trying to help.
If I could give negative stars, I would. I brought my car in today simply to have tires mounted onto my wheels, and before I could even properly explain what I needed, I was immediately denied service. It felt like my vehicle was judged solely based on its appearance rather than the actual work being requested. I was told there was no availability and that the shop was “very busy,” despite there only being two vehicles in the bays at the time. A big thank you to James, and the Bartonville Firestone crew for getting my son out with his new tires! James took the time to make sure all discounts were applied and that the install was done swiftly. Way to go, Bartonville Firestone!!!
James and crew did and great job on our car. He kept in contact about our reservation and pointed out other items on our car that could use attention. Will use again.
