Tire service was easy and quick Customer service excellent
Went in for an tire change and inspection….left with almost 5000 dollars worth of damge done by their mechanic and they denied it. Would not recommend this place at all.
Garrett Lersch, Service Manager, is fantastic! Personable! Takes the time with you. Patient. Clear communication at each step. Listens. Follows-up and does what he says he is going to do. Very impressed. Came here because I had a good experience a year ago. Came back when my car suddenly had to be towed and dealt with....This is the Monroeville Firestone location to go to! Thank You for being a standout business among many!
Ridiculously high priced
I had an 8 am confirmed appointment for alignment and when I showed up for the appointment, they said the technician won't come in till 10 am and I have to wait couple hours for them to even take my car in or reschedule the appointment for a different day. They did not have the courtesy to call me ahead of time to tell me what was going on. In fact, I got a text message and hour before the appointment at 7 am reminding about the appointment coming up in an 1 hour.
