Called on 3/28 and described what was going on with my car (shaking steering wheel, burning smell, and I can only drive it in rainy or cold weather) The person on the phone told me to bring it in and they will see if they can diagnose it. Charged me $130 to tell me that they used their OBD2 scanner (free at autozone) and no codes popped, (NO SHYT, my check engine light wasn't on.) they "test drove" it and the issues I was having didn't happen to them so there's nothing wrong with my car (even after going back and forth with ... read more
