I bought the lifetime alignment when I lived in Phoenix and decided to get my new tires here as well for convenience. Little did I know it was going to be far from convenient. This is the second time I’ve had to take my car elsewhere to fix an issue Firestone was supposed to fix properly. Luckily it can be fixed but it’s costing me more money when Firestone was trusted to do the job properly. Makes me not want to come here anymore for my oil changes or tires.
