i went in for a alignment and was told that i have bad ball joints and will not return due to me just trying to get a simple service done and was told how it has issues. i know for a fact those are new parts in my truck and if you can’t do your job you do not deserve to be a technician at all. highly recommend avoiding this establishment and lost all respect.
My wife and I were driving back to our home in Oklahoma after attending a wedding in Michigan when we suffered a flat tire on I-94. We put on the donut and googled a tire store and found the Firestone place in Portage. We made for it, all the way worrying that you would not have the type of tire we would need as this had always been the case back in out home town in Oklahoma (necessitating a day long delay). Had the front end aligned on my truck after I put a suspension lift on it, new tie rods and ball joints. Jason that worked on it did an out of this world job. I’ve had lots of alignments done and Jason made it run straight down the road and steering wheel is factory straight. Thanks Jason your a master of your trade sirs
Do not go here. I recommend anywhere else, even the dealership has better repair prices. I got a quote for 2 tie rods and they priced it at $1,200. Which still has me in shock. Considering it is literally 1 bolt and unscrew it. I would put it on par as changing brake shoes which shouldn't take any more than 30 minutes a side. So if that is the price for such a simple job, it does not bode well for more in depth repair.
