Mark from Firestone absolutely saved my day. Was having a bad day, I exploded a tire on 80/94 and threw a spare on and called fire stone and immediately Mark was willing to take me in on short notice and replace my tire in a timely manner. Mind you this was only one hour before their shifts ended, keep up the great work guys, you’re making a big difference!
been going here for about a year always did a good job until today they said they couldn’t get my drain plug off and didn’t want to strip it, great but they were the last people to touch it…instead of fixing their mistake they wanted to charge me $180 to rethread it or pay over $1000 dollars to replace my oil pan for THEIR mistake…will not be going back after this.
Saved our butts on a long drive home with a quick repair and awesome attitude, thank you!
