Great experience. Our family had an emergency flat leaving Union Pier, MI. We were greeted by Mark, who facilitated a seamless customer experience and quick repair of our back right tire. In total, we were there for about an hour.
The employee was great. The job was done.with no issues. They got the tires I needed and completed the job.
Put a new tire on my rim in like 15 minutes, solid price
The shop was very busy, yet they got me in the next day. I'm a retired Ford technician. So, I watched through the window with professional interest as the service tech worked on my truck. I wished I had got his name. He moved as a man who knew exactly what he was doing. Made me feel more comfortable about my decision to come here. That, and the service writer.
