I found this location to be very courteous and listened to my issue. They offer me the best price possible suggesting coupons etc. Additionally, they were responsive and diligent to get me services complete.
It is always a great experience at Firestone in Litchfield Surprise AZ. Every time my vehicle needs service all the workers are friendly, helpful. knowledgeable and trustworthy customer service.

Made an appointment online for an oil change, tune up, and to change out my O2 sensors. My right front tpms sensor went out and I wanted that replaced as well. After consulting with the guy behind the counter, he only had me set up for an oil change, I added the tune up and told him I wanted the O2 sensors and tpms sensor replaced. All he wanted to do was run diagnostics. I left moments ago with an $800 bill, instead of one tpms sensor replaced, all four tires are now out.
