The staff there were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were quick and had a great product. They sent me an email telling everything about what they did and pointed out things I should take care of and what was okay with the car. I will definitely return when I need something
Ulyses and Jason saved the day! Never had a flat until yesterday and it happened right before Firestone would have closed. Both gentlemen helped me get my tire replaced quickly. I couldn’t be more grateful for their help. I’ll definitely come back!
We got a flat tire and I called Firestone and spoke with Ulyses Perez .. he went above and beyond to help us, stayed after hours and was a life saver. You guys are lucky to have this guy working for you!
Great people - helped us in an emergency when our vehicle had a oil leak mid journey, stopped over and they immediately helped us with family. Shane was my rock star technician. Ulyses helped at the front desk.
