I had never been to a Firestone before. On our trip back from our rental property, the alternator on our car gave up. We only made it a short distance, and we were stuck. As we waited for the tow truck, we went to Google maps to find a place to have it towed to. There was only one place opened on a Sunday, and it was close. We had the car delivered to Firestone and were checked in, told the repair was possible, and could return the next day. Service was outstanding.
