Jeremy and the service technician was Great. They kept me well informed on the status of my car. They kept Germantown Store rates a number 1 in my book.
The new young man, Joe, was great. He was friendly, helpful, and certainly represented the professional spirit this company.
I had a very concerning experience at Firestone in Germantown. On Saturday, January 11, 2026, Firestone performed a courtesy inspection and I received a written inspection report with photos documenting my tire tread, including the right rear tire at approximately 3–4/32 (marked “343”).
