**UPDATE this company is a horrible corporation!** Corporate does not listen. And goes along with what the Manager ,Scott Godsey, says! Just because the manager says it did not happen at his shop! Meaning that corporate and claims will not put in for a repair. And we are left with a cracked screen due to their negligence! Heed my warning going here might cost you way more than you expect! I think we have been great customers for almost 10 years! Inspection went fine. Got into the car and info screen cracked! When asked about it. Guy said must be a smudge and wiped at it! Then he turned around and said it could be weather related.The entire week of the 25th was rain and storms, even the Wednesday night we dropped it off. Branch manager stated his employees don’t touch interior, yet this employee physically wiped at it! Accountability?
