A Sunday afternoon nail in tire of my wife’s Kia left me few choices but to get it plugged before she needed it Monday morning. Eddie helped me quickly and for a more than fair price! 2 and 3 hour waits elsewhere for $11 at Costco or $21 at most tire shops were not worth the wait! I really like working with my neighborhood Firestone Complete Auto Care!

I dropped off a complete wheel around 10 AM for a puncture repair. I wasn’t quoted a pickup time, but I reasonably expected a same-day turnaround (4–5 hours). At 4:30 PM, I called for an update and was told the tire hadn’t even been touched yet. Will said they’d get to it “after the current vehicle” and gave me an estimate of another hour — this was just 90 minutes before closing.
