Frank told me three years ago that he needed someone to run the front desk for him, and today he still runs the place himself. He could have a bit better customer service if he didn’t have to run back and front of the shop at once. That being said, It’s a shop that does quality work. They were patient with us on a delayed pickup of our vehicle, and they’re reasonable folk.
