Had an Appointment today for an Oil change. Got in and out quickly. Great customer service by service advisors. Everyone is professional and friendly upfront. Helped me with a lot of stuff. Great attitude and hospitality. Highly recommend coming to Firestone warrantor Road.
Took my car for service today. Upfront people were great and professional. Muhammad, Jason and Gabe made it feel like home. Great shop to take your car too. Impressed by honesty and professionalism .
Dropped the truck off on a Monday for an appt on Tuesday, Tires, alignment, oil change. Told it would be done by 1pm, called at 130, working on it done by 4, called at 430, it’s on the lift tires off give us 45 mins, 615 we get a call its ready. Pick it up, tires are 46, 34, 38, 44 drive it down the road and it’s dragging me across the lanes. Get home and the washer fluid is empty- clearly nothing was done properly. I recently had a bad experience with Goodyear so I figured I would check out Firestone. Glad I did! Store manager Jason assisted me with the best customer service I've seen in a long time! He assured me his shop could complete the tire installation on my chrome rims with no problem, something Goodyear said they themselves couldn't do. Xavier was the tire tech. Awesome job!
