NO complaints, they get the job done at a reasonable price. The front sales team are great. The work is performed as scheduled. The pricing for tires is very competitive.
I got a car alignment here. They did a good job with the alignment. On the other hand, they damaged my wheels, but it turns out that it could be wiped off. The manager was very nice and helped me with the solution, a refund for the scuffs. For that, I am very appreciative, and I would go back to this shop for future work. The staff is friendly and helpful, thanks. I would rate them a 4.5/5 for problem-solving and customer care. Update 01/19: rims still damaged. I will call an see what they can do.
Been going to this store since it opened years ago because of Carson the service rep who transferred from Quantico. Service was top notch. Fast forward Carson retired a couple of years ago and service slowly declined to the point where I was looking for another shop to take the cars to. Too many excuses, long waits and just lazy service. Today 1/12/26 I needed an alignment and with the Firestone lifetime alignment deal I reluctantly went back to the Warrenton shop with an 8am appointment. I was out of there at 8:53. Car broke down and this was the only place open. They couldn't repair it since it was near closing and a Sunday. They were able to do diagnostic and provide recommendations for where to go. Also provided hotel recommendations, while I was here. Very kind and I am thankful I was able to get their help, even if I didn't use them for the actual repairs.
Ulyses Perez was a great person to do business with ,well rounded and very professional he made our visit very pleasant.
