Best place to take your car. Friendly and great work
Slow, unprofessional.. made an appointment for 10am it was after 11:30 before even getting the truck in the shop. I sat in the waiting room until 2:30 for tires and an alignment… No one came to let me know anything about what was taking so long. Waiting area was dirty, bathroom was dirty… entry and exit door is filthy.. I know it’s a tire shop but dirty to where you can see it hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time. Just unprofessional in my opinion and experience with Firestone dealers I have dealt with in the past.
I have lived in Fayetteville for 20+ years and have been serviced by Fayetteville Tire & Auto for several years. They have always practiced honesty and integrity and have never miscommunicated anything or misheard anything that I have communicated to them via phone or in-person. They have never "accidentally" charged me for a service I did not ask for and they never would have placed ALL of the blame on me for missing something in the confirmation for a service they were specifically asked not to do over the phone.
