Cody and the team at Firestone Bentonville was amazing tonight! My son and I had a flat tire. After AAA helped me with a spare tire and I arrived at Firestone, team took made sure our tire was safely changed. The team was professional and kind!
Car had to be return 3 times. Very bad customer. Person on duty very rude.
Called about an hour before they closed as we had a flat tire while traveling. The guy who answered the phone, Nathan, said they had a tire in stock and if we got there by 6:30 they could fix the tire. We got there at 6:20 and Nathan and Justin got us fixed up and ready to go. They were both so nice and took great care of us. They got us back on the road so we could get home (3 hours away) before the winter storm hit. So thankful they were open later than other shops.
