Great Store.
Made an appointment for 1:00 pm to replace all 4 tires. Dropped off my vehicle around 12:40. Around 2:30 still nothing so I called them and asked for an update and the guy said in about 45-50. 45 mins later still nothing so my boyfriend and I went up there and went inside to figure out why it’s taking so long. Guy told us that our mechanic decided to bail so that was great. Sat in the lobby for 30 more mins and finally left, as I was leaving he told us “sorry for the wait, we lost track of time.” So bad do not recommend
I took my JEEP compass in to have diagnostic checked due to engine light. The technician told me they needed to replace my intake manifold. I picked up my Jeep and drove it for 1 week and my engine light came back on. After I charged my Firestone card $1700 they then told me I had to replace an actuator due to it being stuck open. I was charged over $300 for that part only but did not have to pay for labor. 1 more week my engine light came on again. Technician told me that they cleared the code and I was good to go. Terrible experience. Just went in for an oil change and of course they find all these other add ons. They gave no progress updates or explain anything, meanwhile I sat in their lobby for 4 hours. Just bad customer service and none of them act like they care. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!
