I’ve had poor experiences at several firestones across multiple cities. The only reason I’m coming back is for tire warranty/keeping the same tire on. I got a nail in the sidewall of my tire so it needs replacing. The online assistant scheduled me in a slot that was triple booked so I got a call to reschedule, no big deal.
