Have been trying to buy 4 new tires and these people won’t even call me back to set up an appointment! Their $1000.00 loss….my disappointment…….what terrible service.
I had Hanz as my Service Technician and Customer Service Rep. He did such an awesome job. There were only two people working today (Sunday) so I am glad I made an appointment in advance. He was answering phones, assisting customers, working on my vehicle and even delt professionally with the other service Tech who was yelling at him because the other tech was frustrated that he had so much to do. Always knowledgeable, helpful and supportive
They take advantage of young college kids and they scammed me. I took my car to them because O2 sensor codes were coming up. They said they replaced the sensor and charged me a ridiculous amount but when I got my car back the engine light and the codes never disappeared. I had dropped my car back off the next day to let them look at it they proceeded to tell me I had a cylinder misfire code.
