If there were negative stars I would give that to this location. I called 2 times to confirm my appointment, also made sure everything looks in order before driving there, after reaching there the guy in front desk tells they tried calling me twice (no call no voicemail on my phone) and they had to cancel my appointment as they have AC technician only on certain days and today was not the day, I was like what stupidity is this, if you already knew this why you kept my appointment and made me drive all the way, all they said ... read more
