My son had to have his car towed to have the fuel filter changed, inspection done and a few other things done to his truck. Paid close to 1300 for him to have to be towed 7 miles from his home in Mexico because it was leaking gas. The management assured me that they would cover the cost of the tow and fix the issue also putting back the full tank of gas he had. Do not take your car to Firestone on Conley Road. My mom had a.c serviced, and she gets home, and the car is smoking, serpentine belt cooked from them not replacing power steering on mount, coolant drained, hi-lo caps on a.c. valves missing, THE RADIATOR IS MISSING A BOLT. AND A.c. still not working after $1200 worth of work. They are a joke, ray Charles can see how bad they are. Im Absolutely infuriated with this quality of work to be allowed.
The best place in Columbia to get an oil change. Very professional and considerate. This team makes you feel like a person and not just a car. I appreciate them so much.
Firestone on Conley has been great to work with every time I have gone for an oil-change or need other maintenance. Josh, the store manager, is extremely kind and honest when it comes to discussing what needs to be done. They aren't pushy with service recommendations but are helpful in making sure you understand what you can/should do with your car to make it last. I appreciate being able to go somewhere I trust will steer me in the right direction of vehicle maintenance without breaking the bank!
Got an oil change, new brakes, tire rotation, and brake line repairs. They got me in and out in 3 hours and I didn’t even have an appointment. Dale took good care of me and also gave me a bonus discount on my oil change just for being there. These guys/gals did a great job and I’d return to them for any issues I need fixed.
