I had a wonderful experience here. They got me in and out. The front desk guy Steve I believe his name was, was very nice and personable.
Made an 830am appointment for an oil change. Was there right at 8am & decided to go home since I live less than a mile away. After returning an hour or so later I notice my vehicle wasn't moved. I go in to see if I'm done & ready to go... nope. Though the lady that arrived after me was certainly taken care of and on her way. I ask how much longer...thinking I had the first appointment I should be done now that's a little after 10am. NOPE! Guy tells me it's found to be an hour or so??? Went for an oil change at 10 AM, car wasn't complete until 1PM with an appointment. Wouldn't recommend too much time wasted.
