I dropped my car off on 6/12 to be inspected. When I arrived, I worked with Purnell, whose customer service skills left much to be desired. During our interaction, Purnell told me that he has an issue with customers who do not answer their phones when he calls and then call back asking about their vehicle. He specifically stated that he leaves voicemails and doesn't understand why customers call back asking questions. We had a bit of an unexpected flat, and they got us in super quick! The service was great, specifically the man at the front who checked us in. I didn’t really speak to any other worker, but we were so glad we chose to come here!

THE WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD!! Do NOT come here. I brought my vehicle in for two new tires and an alignment. I was told it would take about TWO HOURS, yet I spent THE ENTIRE DAY there. After waiting almost 4 hours, I finally picked up the vehicle only to realize it was still not right — the alignment was completely off and the vehicle felt unsafe to drive.
