Took my car there to get an alignment after I replaced a lot of the suspension Parts. Was told it was liability because I worked on the car last. Do y’all tell customers with a new car to take it back to the manufacturer where it was last worked on? Was also told I had a leaking brake caliper. I never thought I’d be writing a negative review, but I strongly recommend avoiding this Firestone location. After living in the area for over 20 years, I’ve never encountered this level of disrespect from any local business. I was charged $140 for a basic WO-20 synthetic oil change after being belittled, mocked, and talked down to by one of the staff members. The experience was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I went in to get my tire fixed and it was a quick and easy process with amazing customer service from Silas! I’ve been here many times and I will be returning again!
Excellent service, very professional and timely!
Silas was the MAN!! Brought my truck limping in with a screw in the tire with 10 mins before they closed and he stayed later to make sure I was back up and running with a tire patch! Definitely blown away by his customer service and willingness to stay a bit later and help a client. Yall better keep him otherwise he would bring tremendous value to any company he works with!
