If I could give negative stars, I would. I brought my car in today simply to have tires mounted onto my wheels, and before I could even properly explain what I needed, I was immediately denied service. It felt like my vehicle was judged solely based on its appearance rather than the actual work being requested. I was told there was no availability and that the shop was “very busy,” despite there only being two vehicles in the bays at the time. My survey reflects the lack of professionalism, misleading, advertisements, and lack of knowledge from employees. I brought my vehicle to Firestone for A /c service check up. The employee told me that that check up is not adequate for my issues of the AC blowing warm and I needed to do an evac and recharge .
