Great service and courteous staff. Silas and Steven were great and even managed to squeeze me in a short time window from closing. They went above and beyond.
I had a great experience at Firestone thanks to Silas! He was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the service being done. It's rare to find someone who genuinely care about customer service, but Silas went above and beyond. Highly recommend asking for him if you're visiting this location!
I went to the shop for an emissions test an hour before closing and Silas took care of everything. He got me in the shop quickly so I could get it handled before they close. I was very happy with the level of customer service and speed. Highly recommend this location!
Silas was kind, helpful, and diligent about updates. Was able to fit in extra work on the car given a blown thermostat gasket in a short time as I was moving soon. Great communication and service 🤙🏻 thanks team
Had to get my car battery replaced and Silas went above and beyond to help me from start to finish. He was super professional and polite. I know it's easy to change a battery, but he didn't have to do half of what he did to help, even though they were really busy in the shop.
