1) Scheduled an appointment, showed up for the appointment, I was the only person in the lobby. I was told that it would be at least several hours before they would start on the scheduled job, implying that many other jobs would be prioritized first. That’s not necessarily a problem - the problem is if an appointment doesn’t mean anything, then don’t offer appointments - just say it’s only first-come first-served if that’s what it is. I had front end on a 2003 Harley 100 year special edition F150 with 120,,000 mikes, getting a bit worn out. It was needing front end repairs even with new shocks there were worn out items. The guys, Jeff, James and Travis really saved my bacon by replacing the ball joints and control arms that were ready to fail on a long trip I have planned towing a small SeaDoo boat on a trailer. They do good work but have to make sure appointments are respected. Even with appointment, they did not touch my car for 2 hrs. I had planned my day to go other places after this and the schedule got ruined. Had to reschedule my entire day due to their delay.
I was in there to get new tires on my vehicle. Everyone was very courteous explained everything to me. I do have a problem with your waiting area. There were several women in there talking very loud conducting business, which was a little nerve-racking. It would be nice if you could have separate little stations that they could carry on their work but not disrupt everyone around them. Something to consider
