This was my first time for an oil change. Staff (2) who greeted and helped were very friendly and accommodating. I visited the store to schedule and it was going to be the next day. Very clean waiting area with a restroom and plenty of comfortable chairs. Although I was told the service may take up to 2 hours, it was completed in 1 only.
Thorough, knowledgeable, prompt and friendly service. Paying attention to the little details like having my car waiting for me right outside the door. Not trying to upsell services that were not needed. Had him check the engine filter and he said it was fine (Honda warned that it was due to be replaced). Will definitely return as needed.

I bought two new tires to mount and balance at home. One would not take any air. Apon further inspection there was a defect in the tire. I brought it back to the shop and they got me right in 10 minutes and free of charge. No hassles. Awsome techs
