TL;DR - Know your rights as a consumer. Reach out to the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) and file a complaint if something isn’t right. I was charged for a service that was not required OR performed and was refunded for it. The BAR determined Firestone was in the wrong. I scheduled an appointment for an alignment.
