I was on my road trip moving from TX to WV. My car failed at Arkansas, and was towed here on Friday afternoon as Firestone also works on weekends. I did not expect that they fixed my issue on Saturday morning, which was a sensor. More importantly, my car had lots of personal staffs, all of them were well! I appreciate their proficiency and integrity, which saved my moving trip.
The lady up front was very professional and just overall amazing customer service. Additionally, the techs in the back completed the work in a timely and proficient manner.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They always treat me with respect. It is quick to get in and the repairs are made in a timely manner and for a good price. 10/10!!!
