Great customer service from Justin and more importantly great work on our vehicle. I almost decided to never go to a Firestone again due to previous bad service from our Firestone on Luke AFB, but the customer service from Justin and the team at this Firestone was A++. I would recommend this one over all other auto shops out there.
Michael and his team did an amazing job. I am a new Tesla owner and was getting my hair done across the parking lot and I got a warning for my tire going flat. I drove my car over to Firestone and ran inside in a panic. They assured me they could take care of it. I went back to my appointment and when I got done, my car was all good. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Thank you so much.
