Staff was quick and professional, and unlike other tire repair were able to provide an ethical and non pressed prices quotes for my business. Every establishment I went to always attempted to overcharge me for repairs. Though the were short staffed and I had to wait all day, they made sure I was aware of the progress of the repairs/.

After driving down from Ft Defiance, my tire pressure monitoring system showed one of my front tires down to 23psi. It was 5pm and all the shops were closing but Firestone was still open until 6pm. After a brief wait and telling my story to Christian, he headed straight to my car where we heard an audible leak. Within minutes he had my car jacked up and the tire off to search for the invisible hole. Came in on a Friday to get a spare tire replacement and swap out the rim. They were busy but Lewis was very helpful, found us what we needed. In and out within 30 minutes. Great customer service! Highly recommend. Thank you Lewis!
