I've gone here a few times now to have my company vehicle serviced. Each times I've been there they dont do the tire rotation but yet bill my company for it , and I hay a wheel alignment done last time I was there and my vehicle was veering to one side worst then before. I now know that appointments mean nothing. Made an appointment yesterday, went in today to get an oil change done and was told it was to be a 45 minute wait even though I had an appointment booked and confirmed. Was told they would try to get me in before the walk-ins but they were short handed and it was busy. Maybe don’t tell customers you are short handed and just say we got behind. Back in June 2025, I was driving out to Oklahoma in my 3rd gen 4Runner for the service and interment of my parents. My clutch hydraulic hose/line developed a leak and I limped into the Firestone without a working clutch about mid-day, thinking I might lose a day or two of travel time. The crew at Firestone diagnosed and fixed the problem before close of business the same day, getting me back on the road without costing an arm and a leg.
