Our plastic shield from the bottom of car came off and they helped us right away and fixed our problem with efficient quality work! Very nice people—especially Lewis and Andy!! Would 100% recommend.
The best part of breaking down in Gallup, NM was finding Christian and his team at Firestone Complete Auto Care. They were not only able to properly diagnose my problem (which a shop in Colorado missed only days before my road trip to AZ) but they were able to order the parts and get be back on the road the next day. Brought my 15yrs old Kia in for a whole inspection - was going on a very long drive eastward, a few things that needed attention and had the mechanic get it all taken care of along with new tires. Here to say that Kia made the long drive with NO problem at all. Very great full for servicing the Kia. Thank You. Lewis was a great help. Be coming back for service on my other vehicle.
