Let me make it clear to you that the front desk staff have simply switched places; there are no other services offered. I've been waiting here for an hour. My car is brand new; I don't need you to replace any parts for me. You're making excuses for things you don't need, but you're listing all the services you want me to pay for. What's the difference between you and robbery? You're just a wolf in sheep's clothing.
