I have been a Firestone customer for many years. I recently moved to Pitt County and now have my car needs provided by Firestone in Winterville. The staff is outstanding, in particular Mr. Locklear. He is always transparent and explains my needed services with clarity. He is super focused on providing great customer service. I am also in and out without unnecessary delay. I highly recommend this Firestone.
