Great customer service care. Came in without an appointment but was squeezed in. Employee was honest about wait time and it was exactly what I waited.
Had an appointment for 7, car was pulled in right away. Store manager, Jeffery was great. Showed me what reccomendations the tech had for my vehicle maintenance, without the pressure to get those services done now. I appreciate his understanding of my time, this is why I keep coming back.
Had an appointment for an alignment I was told I had 6 vehicles in front of me and to just drop it off and then come pick it up in 3 days just for an alignment. UPDATE: Decided to bring my vehicle in for diagnostics because I was having issues and no diagnostic codes appeared on OBD2 I told them this when I dropped off. 4 days later get a call saying "Sorry your vehicle isnt showing codes so we cant figure out whats wrong with it" If thats the extent of their diagnostics Id recommend free diagnostics via Advance Auto Parts n... read more
