I've had my cars at other shops nearby, and those other shops charged me hundreds more for same repairs. I've never had any issues at this Firestone location, pricing is fair, service is prompt, and they are honest and friendly.
Me being a female walking into a auto shop alone can be very intimidating and not sure if anyone will pull a fast one on you, but Mike made me feel very welcome and comfortable he explained everything to me with patience. I will absolutely be coming back to Mike for any of my car maintenance needs.
This location has great service, quick waiting times, and a professional team. Never have had any issues, always a great price, and I'm never taken for a ride. I highly recommend this location for any vehicular needs.
