This Firestone has the best services that any shop could offer. The customer service is amazing and Remo is the person you want to talk to! I had a poor experience at the location on Bell and Cotton and decided to try this one and Remo took care of everything that was wrong with my vehicle within the same day, when at the location on Bell I had made an appointment and didn't get taken care of until the day after.
