Active service man. Booked an appointment to have four brand new tires fitted on my Subaru XV Crosstrek. I was informed that I would have to wait till Monday, so I booked an appointment for Monday 09-MAR-2026 at 1000hrs. (This was booked on Thursday 05-MAR-2026) Today Monday 09-MAR-2026. Not everyone has access to this location as it is on Edwards AFB. Luckily, I do. I took my F150 in for brakes, rotation of tires and an oil change. They diagnosed my vehicle with a few issues and I agreed. All was completed in a timely manner and when picking it up, I left my auto with them. They retrieved an item I lost in the wheel well (yay!) and changed the headlamps that had gone out. Everything was done expeditiously. Jose is very rude. All I asked for was to get help to put on my spare tire and he had a attitude responding to me. And didn't help. Very rude customer service never again.
