I recently visited the Firestone location in Braselton, Georgia, after a flat tire. I spoke with the manager, Philip, seeking a professional assessment. While Philip’s technical assessment was correct—confirming the tire was damaged from the flat—the interaction left much to be desired. Initially, before seeing the tire, I was told, “We don’t sell bad tires,” dismissing my concern. Philip insisted that I must have driven on it flat.
