Quick service and always very friendly!
Took my car in for some tire issues and was told it was just the atmospheric playing with them. They filled them up and made sure I was good to go! These guys are always very friendly and do such a good job. I only come out here to visit parents but will start being all my vehicles out here when they need some attention. Big fan of them and the work they do! Thank you!
I discovered a bolt had punctured my tire and stopped off at Firestone for a repair. I passed a previous tire location due to past poor service and thought I would give Firestone a try. The employee (Will) worked me in quickly and had me out in under an hour. Will was courteous, pleasant and engaging - had other employees as well that took the time to engage. I am glad I decided to give Firestone a try.
Brought my car in yesterday for tire repair they were pretty busy and unable to get to it that day. They called informed me of the update and offered to complete my tire repair for free the next day . They called first thing today repair completed at no charge. Awesome customer service!!
