Shop has gone so far downhill. Car went in for a grinding noise and brake check. I get a call your car is ready, I had to ask was anything done? He replies I don’t know I was just told to tell you to pick up, then proceeded to tell me my brakes were all the same measurement when 2 just got replaced then tells me oh no there were slight differences I asked him to drive car, he did say he feels the issue I’m talking about but that’s when he turns and there is nothing they can do. Had tires checked due to low air. Usual great service from this Firestone. Love that they are so close to home. You all are the best!
Brady was amazing from start to finish! He helped me find the correct off-road tires, ordered them so they’d be ready on install day, made sure I received the very best deal in town on the combination of 4 tires plus alignment, he explained everything to me carefully and thoroughly once the work was complete, and he even offered me an additional discount at check-out as there was an in-store sale happening the week I scheduled the install. Got my brake fluid exchanged in March. Drove about 8,000 miles since and now my brake fluid needs to be replaced again. Not sure what happened here.
