Huge disappointment. Had an appt scheduled for 11am today ( made 3 days ago ). I arrived 5 minutes early, finally one of the 4 reps stopped talking to each other and acknowledged me. I stated that I had an appt. Associate couldn’t locate me in the system and then said he found me - BUT its going to be a long while- he said they let a lot of online people jump in front of me. Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Location If you absolutely have to take your vehicle to a Firestone, do yourself a favor and pick a different location. The service here is consistently slow and unprofessional. Management is disorganized, the techs seem careless, and customer service is rude and uninformed. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with any automotive shop. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their time or their vehicle.
I was able to get an appointment the morning after I called. Ricardo was friendly and helpful as always. Sky, new employee, was quick to jump in and explain my bill as I paid. My car was ready when promised.
They did a great job on my car.
I have had work done many times here and always feel I paid too much. Today I asked them if they would change a wheel for me, the mechanics of which is what they do a hundred times a day. They said they wouldn't unless I purchased a tire there. I questioned the representative deferred to "liability" b.s.. The reality is that they want the profit on the tire or the wheel itself, and do not want to just provide the service for a fee; it is not enough gravy.
