Updating my review because there is absolutely nothing wrong with the customer service, it is just way overpriced. This is the second time I’ve taken my car here out of mere convenience to get my oil change on my lunch break but not worth the overpriced service. The tire rotation is not included in an oil change service and the “premium” most expensive oil is your only option. They will offer you the coupon if you ask.
