VERY UNPROFESSIONAL place to get your car serviced do NOT TRUST THEM. I brought my 2009 Honda Civic in to be serviced on Friday July 29th for my road trip to Arizona and was told that l needed tires, an engine gasket and an alignment which came out to $1979.79. I noticed when l picked it up there was a high pitched squeaky sound like metal rubbing together. For this reason I did not take my road trip. My car never made such a sound like this before. It was 1630, I was leaving base when a tire blew on my car. I limped it to Firestone and they fixed it within 45 minutes, and had me on my way. Excellent service, even after hours. These folks are great!
Great customer service. Drew was professional and knowledgeable when asked questions. Definitely going back for service.
Treated like an inconvenience for coming into a repair shop for repairs. I’m glad I just did the bare minimum instead of giving them more money. Kind of regret coming here. Hopefully they get nicer techs in future instead of the salty one who ‘helped’ me.
